福州地区妇女解脲支原体感染情况及其药物敏感性分析

Study on Ureaplasma urealyticum Infection and its Antibiotic Susceptibility in Women in Fuzhou

Objective To realize the Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) infection in women in Fuzhou and its antibiotic susceptibility. Methods The secretions of vagina and uterocervices were collected from 152 women with genital tract inflammation and 273 healthy women, and incubated for isolation of Uu and analysis of its susceptibility to 9 kinds of antibiotics. Results The positive rate of Uu of women with inflammation of genital tract and healthy women was 65 13% and 48 35%, respectively. In 9 kinds of antibiotics, doxycycline was the most sensitive one to Uu from women with inflammation of genital tract(78 79%), and azithromycin was the most sensitive one to Uu from healthy women(100 00%). The sensitive rate of azithromycin, spiramycin, erythromycin and loxithromycin had significant difference to Uu isolated from different groups of women(P<0 001). It might be related to inadequate administration of antibiotics. Conclusion The positive rates of Uu in women in Fuzhou are high. Doxycycline is firstly selected to treat Uu in women with genital tract inflammation. Azithromycin was firstly selected to treat Uu in healthy women with this infection.
