老年人糖耐量减低状态的血液流变学研究

本文报告了45例老年人糖耐量(IGT)者的血液流变学测定结果,并与79例老年人Ⅱ型糖尿病(DM)及正常组比较,IGT组及DM组大部分指标均较正常组显著增高,P<0.05和<0.01,两组全血还原粘度增高更明显,与正常组比P<0.01及<0.001。DM组各项均比IGT组高,但仅部分指标间有显著性差异,而全血还原粘度之间无显著性差异。IGT及DM组中主要指标增高的例数随空腹血糖增高而增多;血胆固醇、甘油三酯及血浆球蛋白增高者也分别各有血液流变学指标显著增高。有并发症者,IGT及DM组的各项指标增高更为明显。

Study of Hemorheological in the aged with IGT

Determination of hemorheological partial target was analysed in forty five cases of the aged with IGT (impaired glucose tolerance) Comparing with the group of 79 old patients (with NIDDM) and with the normal group. We found that most targets of the IGT group and DM group were significantly higher than those of the normal group. Both the high and low shear rates of the whole blood reductive viscosity in the two groups with IGT and with DM were significantly higher than that in the normal group (P<0. 01 and <0. 001). Each target in DM group was higher than that in the IGT group,but only partial target in the group DM was significantly higher than that in group IGT, the while blood reductive viscosity in the group DM was not significantly than that in group IGT. The number of the cases of which the main targets was promoted in IGT group and those in DM group increased when FBG was increasing , and TC. TG. Glo would seperately cause the significant increasing of the respond hemorheological targets. When they were increasing, the more complications they were with the cases in IGT group and DM group the more significantly every target is increasing.
