| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察钛镍形状记忆合金环抱型接骨板及髌骨爪的临床应用效果。方法 :分别对 12例锁骨骨折、9例髌骨骨折、4例肱骨骨折患者行钛镍形状记忆合金环抱型接骨板及髌骨爪内固定治疗 ,1年后观察临床疗效。结果 :2 5例病例 1年后均骨临床愈合 ,且未见并发症。结论 :钛镍形状记忆合金环抱型接骨板及髌骨爪是治疗骨折的理想方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To reported the effect in clinical apply by using TiNi Shape memory alloy encircling bone bonding plate and patella concertrator.Method 25 cases were treated in TiNi Shape memory alloy encircling bone bonding plate and patella concertrator fixation,We observed the clinical effect after 1 years.Results 25 cases were recovered after 1 years,and there had no complication.Conclusion TiNi Shape memory alloy encircling bone bonding plate and patella concertrator fixation were the best methods in treatment of some fractures. |
