非糖尿病急性心肌梗死患者糖耐量异常对心肌酶和心绞痛积分的影响

目的探讨非糖尿病急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者糖耐量异常对心肌酶和心绞痛积分的影响。方法将46例非糖尿病AMI患者随机分为糖耐量正常组21例和糖耐量异常组25例,统计两组患者肌酸激酶（CK）、门冬氨酸转氨酶（AST）、乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）恢复时间及心绞痛积分的差异。结果与糖耐量正常组比较,糖耐量异常组患者CK恢复时间明显延长,心绞痛积分明显升高,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论非糖尿病AMI糖耐量异常患者较之糖耐量正常者心肌损害较重,预后较差。

The Effact of the Sugar Tolerance on the Cardiac Creatase and Stemalgla Integral In Patients of Non-dlabetes Acute Myocardial Infarction

Objective To approach the effect of the sugar tolerance on the cardiac creatase and sternalgia integral in patients of non-diabetes acute myocardial infarction（AMI）.Methods 46 cases of non-diabetes AMI were devided into two groups randomly,the normal sugar tolerance group（n=21） and the high sugar tolerance group（n=25）,to observe the recovery time of creatinkinase（CK）,aspartate aminotransferase （AST）,lactate dehydrogenase（LDH）and sternalgia integral.Results Compared with the normal sugar tolerance group,the recovery time of CK and sternalgia integral were increased in the high sugar tolerance group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compared with the normal sugar tolerance group,the cardiac damage in high sugar tolerance of AMI patient were serious and disadvantage to prognosis.
