我院成立护理论文撰写指导小组的实践与效果

目的：通过成立护理论文撰写指导小组，提高护理论文发表的数量和质量。方法：本着合理搭配形成梯队的原则，选择具有护理研究的理论与方法及实践经验、一定的英语阅读能力和写作能力、中级以上职称、曾在国内统计源期刊上发表论文2篇以上或获省级以上优秀论文奖励等条件的护士长为小组成员，负责全院护理人员的护理论文撰写指导工作。结果：2007年发表论文数量和质量明显高于2006年及2005年，差别有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：成立护理论文撰写指导小组，可提高护理人员的撰写水平及其护理论文发表的数量和质量。

The practice and effects of nursing paper tutor team in our hospital

Objective： In this study, nursing paper tutor team was established so as to improve the quantity and quality of nursing paper. Methods： The head nurses who had nursing research theory and practice experience, English reading and writing ability, titles higher than senior charge nurses, more than 2 pieces of paper published, were selected to be in the team to direct the nurses’ paper. Results： The quantity and quality of the paper in 2007 were higher than that in 2006 and 2005, which showed a statistic and significant difference（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The nursing paper tutor team could improve the nursing paper quantity and quality.
