Orem自理理论对重症烧伤患者康复期功能恢复的应用研究

目的:观察Orem自理理论对重症烧伤患者康复期功能恢复的应用研究的效果。方法:选我科2009年3月-2010年12月间收治的重症烧伤患者50例为研究对象,随机将患者分为常规护理组(对照组,n=25)和Orem自理理论护理组(研究组,n=25),研究组患者康复期应用Orem自理理论指导功能锻炼,完全补偿性护理、部分补偿性护理和支持教育,护理干预期3个月。结果:两组患者基本资料比较:两组患者年龄、性别构成比、文化程度构成比、烧伤面积比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。以重症烧伤患者功能康复评价标准,比较两组患者功能康复的差异,对照组恢复关节活动正常为56%;研究组关节活动恢复正常达68%。研究组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将Orem自理理论应用于重症烧伤康复期患者,可有效地促进患者关节功能恢复,还病人以基本生活权利,值得推广。

The Application Research of the Orem Self-nursing Theory on the Functional Recovery of Severe-burn Patients in Rehabilitation Period

Objective To observe the effect of the OremSelf-nursing Theory on the functional recovery of severe-burn patients in rehabilitation period. Methods 50 severe-burn patients admitted by our department from Mar.2009 to December.2010, were randomly divided into two groups, a received-routine-nursing-care group and a study group that guided by the Orem Self-nursing Theory, 25 patients in each. Patients in the study group were guided by Orem Self-nursing Theory in functional training, andthey were intervented for three months by completely or partially compensatory nursied or were supported for education. Results There were no obviously differences between the age, gender, knowledge and area of burns in the twogroups (P>0.05). In the evaluation standard of severe-burn patients’ functional recovery, we can compare the difference of functional recovery between the two groups. The control group recovered in the normal joint motion by 56% and the study one by 68%. The study group were obviously superior to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of the Orem Self-nursing Theory on severe-burn patients in rehabilitation period can effectively promote the recovery of joint function, and give the basic life right back to the patients. Therefore, the Orem Self-nursing Theory is worth to be populared.
