生发丸治疗肝肾不足型斑秃102例

目的:观察比较生发丸和养血生发胶囊治疗斑秃(秃发症)肝肾不足型的临床疗效。方法:对102例斑秃(秃发症)肝肾不足型患者,随机分为两组,治疗组78例,给予生发丸治疗;对照组24例,给予养血生发胶囊治疗。疗程为8~12周。在治疗前后进行疗效指标观察。结果:生发丸治疗斑秃(秃发症)中医证候疗效的显效率及有效率分别为69.23%、87.18%,养血生发胶囊的显效率及有效率分别为66.67%、87.50%,两组比较无显著性差异。各单项中医症状体征疗效比较及中医症状积分和的差值比较,经统计学分析无显著差异。结论:生发丸和养血生发胶囊治疗肝肾不足所致斑秃(秃发症)都具有确切疗效。生发丸在改善秃发斑面积、头发焦黄或花白、头发稀疏、腰膝酸软、头昏的中医症状方面均优于对照组。有待今后做更长期、更大量人群的观察以取得统计学支持。

Effects of Shengfawan on 102 Cases of Alopecia Areata with Hepatorenal Insufficiency

Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of Shangfawan(SFW) and Yangxuesheng-fajiaonang(YXSFJN) on the treatment for alopecia areata.Methods 102 cases of alopecia areata with hepatorenal insufficiency were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with SFW,the control group was treated with YXSFJN.The courses of treatment were lasted for 8 to 12 weeks.The indexes of therapeutic effect were observed respectively before and after the therapy.Results The significant efficiency rate of treatment group was 69.23%,and the total effective rate was 87.18%,while those of the control group were 66.67% and 87.50% respectively.There was no significant difference between two groups.The symptoms and signs of TCM and the difference of their integral sum in two groups all had no significant difference.Conclusion SFW and YXSFJN both have sure therapeutic effects on alopecia areata due to hepatorenal insufficiency.SFW could effectively improve the symptoms such as area of bald spot,brown or grizzled hair,hair thinning,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,dizz y and so on.
