| 摘 要： | 目的:观察青娥丸治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:将61例患者随机分为3组,治疗组(A组)20例服用青娥丸治疗,对照组(B组)19例采用钙尔奇D治疗,治疗组(C组)22例采用青娥丸+钙尔奇D治疗。疗程均为6个月,观察临床疗效及骨密度的变化。结果:经过6个月治疗,3组间显效率、骨密度值比较均有统计学意义。结论:青娥丸可明显改善绝经后骨质疏松症患者临床症状,同时提高骨密度。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of QingEWan on osteoporosis of postmenopa usal women. Methods 61 cases of patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis selected, were randomly divided into three group, three groups were applied QingEWan(20 cases) and carbonate D (19 cases) and QingEWan+carbonate D (22 cases), treated for six months, To observe the change of clinic efficacy and BMD. Results After six months of treatment, compared with three groups, The clinical symptoms and BMD all have Statistical significance. Conclusion QingEWan can improve the clinical symptoms of postmenopausal osteoporosis and Increase the BMD. |
