摘    要:目的:为皮肤软组织感染的临床治疗用药提供参考依据.方法:对88例门诊皮肤软组织感染患者的脓液或创面分泌物进行细菌培养和药物敏感性分析.结果:88例中有50例检测出病原细菌,葡萄球菌属是主要致病菌,对头孢菌素类及第三代喹诺酮类药物敏感性高.结论:临床上治疗门诊皮肤软组织感染经验性用药可首选头孢菌素类及第三代喹诺酮类药物;对条件致病菌感染应引起关注.

Abstract:Objective:To provide a guidance for clinical treatment of outpatients with skin and soft tissue infections through pathogen detection and drug sensitive test. Methods:The pus or wound secretion of 88 outpatients with skin and soft tissue infection was collected, bacteria culture was performed and pathogen identification as well as drug sensitivity done. Results:Of the samples from 88 patients, 50 were positive in regard to bacteria culture. Staphylococcus was the major pathogenic bacteria which was highly sensitive to cephalosporin and the third generation of quinolone. Conclusion:The first selection of antibiotics for treating skin and soft tissue infections should be, according to the observations of this study, cephalosporin or quinolones; and great attention should be payed to the infection caused by conditioned pathogens.
