原发性肝癌组织中PTEN、p27的表达

目的探讨病理抑癌基因PTEN、p27在原发性肝细胞性肝癌（HCC）组织中的表达与病理学特征、预后的关系及两者的相关性。方法用免疫组织化学SP法检测5例正常肝组织、10例肝硬化组织、45例原发性肝细胞性肝癌组织中PTEN、p27的表达状况。结果45例HCC中PTEN、p27蛋白的阳性表达率（51．1％和40．0％）和阳性强度明显低于肝硬化组织（90．0％和100．0％）和正常肝组织（100．0％和100．0％），PTEN、p27蛋白的阳性表达率与组织分化、癌肿直径、有无癌栓密切相关。双变量相关分析，PTEN在肝癌组织中的表达与p27在肝癌组织中的表达呈显著的正相关。结论PTEN、p27在肝癌组织中的表达与其组织分化等病理学特征密切相关。

Expression of PTEN and p27 suppressor gene in hepatocellular carcinoma

Objective To study the expression of tumor suppressor gene PTEN and p27 in hepatocellular carcinoma and its relationship with clinic pathologic characters and significance in evaluating prognosis. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to determine the expression of PTEN and p27 in 5 cases of normal hepatocellular, 10 cases of hepatocirrhosis and 45 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma. Results The positive expression rates of PTEN and p27 in the 45 cases of HCC were 51.1% and 40.0% respectively, which were much lower than that in normal liver issues (100.0% and 100.0%) and in hepatocirrhosis (90% and 100%). The expression of PTEN and p27 in hepatocellular carcinoma was significantly correlated to degree of differentiation of carcinoma, the diameter of tumor and cancerous embolus. Conclusion The expression of PTEN and p27 plays an important role in the progress and development of hepatocellular carcinoma.
