速效心痛滴丸治疗心绞痛对照研究

[目的]观察速效心痛滴丸治疗心绞痛疗效。[方法]本次研究选择的对象共104例,按治疗组和对照组各52例划分,对照组给予硝酸酯类药物治疗,治疗组给予速效心痛滴丸治疗。治疗2-3个疗程判定疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率96.20%。对照组总有效率88.50%,治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]速效心痛滴丸与硝酸酯类药物治疗心绞痛均可获得较理想效果,但速效心痛滴丸的远期疗效更好,副作用更小,值得临床推广使用。

Suxiaoxintong Dropping Pills in Treatment of Angina Pectoris Case-Control Study

[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Suxiaoxintong dropping pills in treatment of angina pectoris.[Methods] The study object selected a total of 104 cases in the treatment group and the control group,52 cases in each division,the control group was given nitrates in therapy,the treatment group was given for Suxiaoxintong dropping pills in treatment of.From 2 to 3 courses of treatment the curative effect.[Results] The total effective rate of treatment group 96.20%.The control group in the total efficiency of 88.50%,the total effective rate of treatment group is better than control group(P < 0.05).[Conclusion] Suxiaoxintong dropping pills and nitrates in the treatment of angina pectoris can obtain ideal effect,but for Suxiaoxintong dropping pills forward better curative effect,less side effects,it is worth for clinical use.
