抑郁症81例应对方式的性别差异

目的　探讨不同性别抑郁症患者应对方式的差异。方法　采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、特质应对方式问卷 (TCSQ)测查 81例符合中国精神疾病分类方案与诊断标准的抑郁症患者 (男 3 4例 ,女 47例 ) ,并对两组患者进行对照分析。结果　男性组的积极应对分低于女性组 (P<0 .0 5) ,组消极应对分高于对照组 (P>0 .0 5)。初中以下文化程度男性抑郁症患者的积极应对方式分值比女性低 (P<0 .0 5)。结论　男性抑郁症患者的积极应对方式比女性差 ,但消极应对方式与女性无差异。初中以下文化程度的男性抑郁症患者积极应对方式比女性差

Disparity of gender defense styles in 81 patients with depression

ObjectiveTo explore the distinguish of defense style s in the different gender of depression patients. MethodsEighty -one patients who met the diagnostic criteria of the 3nd edition of the Chinese Classification and Diagnostic Criteria of Mental Disorders was assessed by the Hamilton Depression Scale and the Trait Coping Style Questionnaire. The general information and defense styles were analyzed.ResultsThe male g roup got significantly lower scores of positive defense styles than the female g roup(P<0.05). No significance between negative defense styles of the male g roup and the female group was found(P>0.05).There are significantly lower scores of positive defense styles in the male group with level of education belo w junior middle school than that of the female group(P<0.05).Concl usionPositive defense styles of the male depression patients are worse than those of female,but no significance at the negative defense styles in diff erent gender patients. Positive defense styles in the male group with level of e ducation below junior middle school are worse than the female group.
