血府逐瘀汤加味合用抗生素治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎200例临床观察

摘    要:目的:观察血府逐瘀汤[1]加味合用喹喏酮类抗生素治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎(CBP)的临床疗效。方法:200例CBP患者随机分为3组,其中治疗组100例,以血府逐瘀汤加味合用左氧氟沙星治疗;中医对照组60例,以血府逐瘀汤加味治疗;西医对照组40例,以左氧氟沙星治疗。观察3组临床综合疗效和中医证候疗效。结果:治疗组临床综合疗效中痊愈率与中医证候疗效中痊愈率均明显高于对照组(P〈0.01),中医对照组与西医对照组无明显差异。结论:血府逐瘀汤加味合用喹喏酮类抗生素可显著提高(CBP)的临床疗效。

Abstract:Objectives: To evaluate the clinical effect of Chinese herbal recipe combined with quinoloines antibiotics in the treatment of chronic bacteria prostatitis (CBP). Methods: Two hundred CBP patients were randomly divided into 3 groups: 100 patients in the treatment group treated with Chinese herbal recipe combined with levofloxacin; 60 patients in Chinese medicine control group treated only with Chinese herbal recipe; 40 patients in western medicine control group treated only with levofloxacin. Clinical curative effects were observed for the three groups. Results: The overall curative effects for the treatment group are significantly higher than the other two control groups (P 〈 0. 01 ). The two control groups showed no significant difference in their curative effects. Conclusion: Chinese herbal recipe combined with quinoloine antibiotics can greatly enhance the curative effects for CBP.
