正常人胃液酶谱分析——糖酵解酶的测定

摘    要:<正> 乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、丙酮酸激酶(PyK)及醛缩酶(ALD)是糖酵解过程中三种重要的酶。自40年代末、50年代初,有人利用胃液中糖酵解酶之一的乳酸脱氢酶的活力变化,作为胃癌诊断的辅助措施以来,对于许多疾病状态下胃液酶谱的分析,已有一些报道。但至今对健康人胃液糖酵解酶活力的变化情况,报道的资料尚不多见,而且多数作者所测定


Glycolytic enzymes in gastric juice in normal individuals
Abstract:The authors determined and analyzed the glycolytic enzymes-lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) and its isoenzymes, pyruvate kinase (PyK) and aldolase (ALD)-in the gastric juice of 115 normal persons. The range of LDH was 0-160 U/dl,the range for 90% confidence limit was 10.7-141.6 U/dl and the geometric mean was 39.1U/dl. The range of PyK was 0-0.09U/dl, the range for 90% confidence limit was 0.004 -0.076 U/dl and the geometric mean was 0.017 U/dl. The range of ALD is 0 - 1.3U/dl, the range for 90% confidence limit was 0.20-0.99 U/dl and the geometric mean was 0.45 U/dl. Forty-two of the 115 normal persons showed LDH isoenzyme activities with prominent LDH2,LDH3 and LDH4 and about 60.8% had H-type LDH while 39.2% had M-type LDH. There was no significant difference in the enzyme activities between different sex and age groups in this study.Factors influencing the results of enzyme activity measurement are believed to be the metabolic status of the tissue cells and drugs or diseases that affect the functional activities of the adrenal cortex as well as the method of collection and treatment of the specimens.
