急性脑缺血再灌注损伤钙离子与氧自由基作用实验研究

摘    要:为探讨钙离子与氧自由基在急性脑缺血再灌注损伤中的作用,用复制大鼠急性脑缺血再灌注动物模观察脑缺血再灌注过程中脑组织H2O2、Ca^2 、MDA含量及病理学变化及尼莫地平对上述指标的影响,结果表明,急性脑缺血再灌注后有细胞内钙超载和自由基代谢紊乱,且在再灌注损伤中有协同作用,加重组织损伤,促进脑水肿,尼莫地平对其有保护作用。

Abstract:In order to research Ca and Oxygen-Derived free radicals action in acute cerebral ischemia and reperfusion jnjury,the model of acute cerehral ischemia and reperfusion injury was made in rats to observe the change of H2O Ca , MDA and the change of pathology during cerehral ischemia and reperfusion and Nimodioin reaction. The results showed that Ca overload and free radical metabolic disorder after acute cerebral ischemia and reperfusion injury, accompany to prove tissue injury and the formation of brain edema Nimadipine actsprotection it.
