紫外线血液辐射（UBI）疗法对急性脑卒中的临床疗效评价

本文将687例急性脑出血和脑梗塞患者分为UBI组与对照组。两组均采用传统治疗方法为基础，UBI组则加用紫外线血液辐射疗法2个疗程，最后采用1986年全国脑血管病扬州会议拟订的神经功能缺损评分法进行疗效评定。结果显示UBI组的总有效率显著高于对照组。紫外线主峰波365nm波长的疗效显著优于主峰波253.7nm波长。5例病人进行远期细胞遗传效应检测。随访结果并未发现不良的细胞遗传学效应。

The evaluation of clinical effect of the treatment on acute stroke with ultraviolet blood irradiation(UBI)

cases of acute stroke, including cerebral infarctions in internal carotid distribution and hematomas in cerebral hemispheres, were divided in two groups:UBIgroup and controls.Patients in both groups were all treated with traditional therapy as basic treatment, but patients in UBI group were treated with UBI as an add on therapy for 2 courses.Finally, the clinical effect was evaluated according to the criteria established at the 2nd National CVD conference in yangzhou in 1986. The results reveasled the effective rate of patients in UBI group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The ultraviolet light with 365 nm wave length had significantly higher effective rate than 253. 7nm. 5 patients were followed-up for 4.9 years to see the genetic effect,but no abnormalities were found.
