中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎急性期临床研究

目的 :探讨病毒性心肌炎急性期的有效治疗方法。方法 :对 12 8例确诊的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采用传统内科治疗方法 ,予以休息、极化液应用、营养心肌及对症处理 ;治疗组在对照组的基础上 ,配伍应用糖皮质激素和中药。 4周判定疗效 ,观察有效率、心电图改善情况、心功能及心肌酶变化。结果 :治疗组有效率 93.9% ,高于对照组的 71% ,心电图、心功能及心肌酶改善亦优于对照组。结论 :中西医结合运用中药配伍激素治疗病毒性心肌炎急性期具有较好疗效

Observation of integrated Chinese traditional and western medicine on acute viral myocarditis

Objective: It is to study the effective therapeutic methods on acute viral myocarditis. Methods: One hundred and twenty-eight patients with acute viral myocarditis were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with herbs and glucocorticoid hormone in addition to conventional therapy. The control group was only treated with conventional therapy. The treated process was four weeks. The effective rate, ECG, heart function and myocardial enzyme were observed. Results: The effective rate of treatment group was 93.9%, and it was higher than that of control group (71%). The improvement of ECG, heart function and myocardial enzyme of treatment group were better than those of control group. Conclusion: It is better to treat acute viral myocarditis with herbs and glucocorticoid hormone.
