| 摘 要： | Doehlert设计矩阵是响应曲面优化法中常用的一种实验设计方法。综述二、三、四、五个因素Doehlert设计矩阵及其编码值计算方法的基本原理、Doehlert设计的响应曲面优化法及渴求函数优化法,并列举Doehlert设计方法在药学领域中的应用实例。

| Abstract: | Doehlert matrix is a good experimental design method commonly used in the optimization of precedure in response surface methodology. The theoretical principles of Doehlert design matrixes involving two,three, four and five variables and their coded values, the response surface methodology and desirability function that may be applied to Doehlert designs are reviewed,citing a few examples of application of Doehlert matrixes in pharmaceutical science. |
