腹腔镜在普外急腹症患者治疗中的应用对比分析

摘    要:目的对比分析急腹症病人使用腹腔镜治疗的临床效果。方法从该院就诊的急腹症病人中随机抽选80例,分成研究组和对照组各40例,研究组给予腹腔镜治疗,对照组做常规开腹手术治疗,对比分析两种治疗方法的临床效果。结果研究组有效率为97.5%,明显高于对照组77.5%,P〈0.05;且研究组病人的手术时间、出血量、住院时间、并发症等方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论急腹症治疗中应用腹腔镜手术方法能够减轻病人痛苦,达到微创、无瘢痕及并发症少的优点,治疗效果显著增高、安全有效,值得临床研究推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effect of laparoscope applied to the treatment of patients with acute abdomen.Methods 80 cases with acute abdomen admitted in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into the study group and the control group with 40 cases in each.The study group was given laparoscopic treatment,and the control group was given the conventional loaparotomy.And the clinical effects of the two treatment methods were compared and analyzed.Results The effective rate was 97.5% in the study group,significantly higher than 77.5% in the control group,P〈0.05;and the observation group was much better than the control group in the aspects of duration of operation,amount of blood loss,length of stay,and complications and so on,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of acute abdomen,laparoscopic surgical method has higher treatment effect with fewer complications.It is safe and effective,minimally invasive,scar-free and can alleviate the suffering of the patients,so it is worthy of clinical research and application.
