阿奇霉素与红霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染临床疗效对照

目的对比分析阿奇霉素和红霉素在小儿肺炎支原体感染治疗中的临床疗效和不良反应情况。方法以随机数字表法将我院2013年6—12月收住的60例小儿肺炎支原体感染患儿分为观察组与对照组,每组患儿各30例。对照组予以红霉素治疗,观察组予以阿奇霉素治疗,对比两组患儿的临床疗效和不良反应状况。结果观察组患儿在治疗后的有效绿明显高于对照组患儿,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组在治疗过程中的不良反应无明显差异,差异不具有统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论阿奇霉素在小儿肺炎支原体治疗中的临床疗效优于红霉素,值得在儿科临床中推广应用。

Clinical efficacy of Azithromycin and erythromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia

Objective Comparatively analyze the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of azithromycin and erythromycin in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods Using random number table method to divide the 60 hospitalized children with mycoplasma pneumonia into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group,those patients were hospitalized in our hospital between June 2013 and December2013. Patients in the control group were given erythromycin,however,patients in observation group were given azithromycin,and clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. The occurrence of adverse reactions were similar with each other in the course of treatment,the difference was not statistically significant（ P〉 0. 05）. Conclusions Azithromycin proved to have better curative effect in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia than erythromycin,it worth to be popularized in clinical pediatrics.
