| 摘 要： | 目的探讨米非司酮顿服米索前列醇阴道后穹隆的放置用于中孕引产的疗效。方法 2007-10/2009-10选择孕14~26周引产120例。随机分为2组,观察组60例,米非司酮150 mg顿服,隔日米索前列醇0.4 mg后穹隆放置;对照组60例,利凡诺100 mg羊膜腔内注射。结果 2组在引产时间、不全流产率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;在出血量,恶心,呕吐等副反应比较差异无统计学意义。结论药物引产效果优于利凡诺羊膜腔穿刺引产,米非司酮联合米索前列醇是一种安全,有效的引产方法,明显优于利凡诺羊膜腔内注射法。
