| 摘 要： | 目的：建立柏枝前列通颗粒中盐酸小檗碱含量的测定方法。方法：色谱柱为Nova-PakC18柱（3.9mm×150mm,4μm）;乙腈-0.025mol/LNaH2PO4（32.8∶67.2）为流动相;检测波长为345nm;流速为1ml/min;柱温30℃。结果：盐酸小檗碱在12.0～72.0μg/ml的范围,浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9994）,平均回收率为97.88%,RSD为0.87%。结论：该方法准确、重现性好,可有效控制本制剂的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a method for determination of berberine hydrochloride in Bozhiqianlietong Granules by HPLC. Methods： The analytical column was Nova-Pak C18 （3.9 mm×150 mm, 4 um）with a mobile phase of Acetonitrile - 0.025 mol/L NaH2PO4（32.8：67.2） , the detective wavelength was 345 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and column temperature was 30℃. Results： The calibration curve of berberine hydrochloric was linear at the range of 12.0-72.0 ug/ml（r=0.999 4）, the average recovery was 97.88%, RSD=0.87%. Conclusion： The method is accurate with good reproducibility, it can be used for the quality control of Bozhiqianlietong Granules. |
