系统心理干预对冠状动脉搭桥术患者焦虑抑郁的影响

目的探讨系统心理护理干预对冠状动脉搭桥术(CABG)患者的影响.方法将102例行CABG患者随机分为对照组和观察组各51例.两组术前均予常规治疗与护理,观察组在此基础上给予系统心理护理干预,内容包括满足患者需求、增强抗病信心,个体化的心理疏导,分散患者注意力、深化患者角色等.采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对患者于入院时、术前1 d、术后3 d、术后5 d进行调查,统计SAS、SDS评分和住院时间.结果观察组术前1 d、术后3 d、术后5 d SAS、SDS评分及阳性率分别与入院时比较,差异有显著性意义(P＜0.01,P＜0.05);与对照组同时段比较,差异有显著性意义(P＜0.01,P＜0.05).结论 CABG患者存在明显的焦虑、抑郁心理,系统心理护理干预可明显改善其焦虑、抑郁情绪.

Influence of Nursing Intervention on Mental State of Patients Undergoing Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting

Objective To explore influence of nursing invention on mental state of patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG).Methods A total of 102 patients accepted CABG were divided into test and control group randomly. Patients of the control group were accepted treatment and nursing care as routine. While patients in test group were given systematic psychological care,education and instruction besides the routine treatment and nursing care in different period. Then all patients were investigated before and after operation by filling out SAS and SDS. Results The scoring of SAS and SDS of the two groups were higher than the critical line(50) before invention. However,both anxiety and depression scoring of test group patients after invention were lower than both that of before invention and that of control group (P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion There were both depression and anxiety in patients with CABG,which can be improved by nursing intervention.
