| 摘 要： | 目的：本文报告1例糠秕子菌引起面鼻部皮肤粘膜感染患者。该患者病期1年，皮损主要表现在鼻腔粘膜与面部，经真菌镜检，培养及组织病理学证实为糠秕孢子菌引起面鼻部皮肤粘膜感染。用斯皮仁诺治疗后痊愈。

| Abstract: | We reported here is a case with cutaneous and nasal mucosae infection with pityrosporm yeast (Malassexia.). The disease duration of the case is one year. The skin lesions were mainly on the nasal mucosae and facial skin. Diagnosis was confirmed by fugus test and biopsy. The case was treated by itrconazole in 200mg Bid for 120 days and has been cured. |
