阿奇霉素治疗非淋菌性宫颈炎的临床观察

目的 研究阿奇霉素治疗非淋菌性宫颈炎的临床效果.方法 选择本院2012年12月～2013年12月诊治的80例非淋菌性宫颈炎患者,将其均分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组应用阴道栓剂进行治疗,观察组在应用阴道栓剂治疗的基础上加用阿奇霉素进行联合治疗,比较两组的临床效果以及不良反应发生率.结果 观察组病原菌转阴率为92.5％,高于对照组的60.0％,差异有统计学意义（χ2=11.672,P＜0.05）.观察组总有效率为95.0％,高于对照组的82.5％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 应用阴道栓剂联合阿奇霉素治疗非淋菌性宫颈炎的效果显著,能够明显缓解临床症状,起到根治病原菌的作用,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical observation of azithromycin in treatment of non-gonococcal cervicitis

Objective To study the clinical effect of azithromycin in treatment of non-gonococcal cervicitis. Methods 80 patients with non-gonococcal cervicitis in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2013 were selected and evenly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.Vaginal suppository was applied to the control group,while azithromycin was added to the observation group on the basis of vaginal suppository.The clinical ef- fect and incidence of adverse reaction was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the negative con- version ratio of pathogen in the observation group was 92.5%,higher than 60.0% of the control group,the difference was significant （χ2=11.672,P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of observation group was 95.0%,higher than 82.5% of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference about the incidence of adverse reaction between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Combination of vaginal suppository and azithromycin in treatment of non-gonococcal cervicitis can obtain a remarkable effect,and obviously alleviate clinical manifestations.It can eradiate pathogenic bacteria with few adverse reactions,and is worthy of expansion in clinic.
