非序贯标准三联法与序贯三联法治疗胃溃疡的效果对比

目的 探讨非序贯标准三联法、序贯三联法治疗胃溃疡的临床效果.方法 将2012年2月～2014年4月本院消化内科共收治的49例幽门螺杆菌（Hp）阳性胃溃疡患者随机分为对照组（24例）和观察组（25例）,对照组患者给予标准三联法治疗,观察组患者给予序贯三联法治疗,对比两组的Hp清除率、总治疗有效率及不良反应等.结果 观察组Hp清除率为88.0％,高于对照组的62.5％,差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.306,P=0.038）.观察组总有效率为92.0％,对照组总有效率为87.5％,差异无统计学意义（χ2=0.002,P=0.962）.观察组不良反应发生率为12.0％,对照组不良反应发生率为12.5％,两组差异无统计学意义（χ2=0.146,P=0.702）.结论 序贯三联法在胃溃疡的治疗中,效果确切,Hp清除率高,可降低复发率,值得临床推广.

Curative effect comparison of standard triple therapy and sequential triple therapy in treatment of gastric ulcer

Objective To investigate the curative effect of standard triple therapy and sequential triple therapy in treat- ment of 49 cases of gastric ulcer. Methods 49 patients with Helicobacter pylori （Hp） positive gastric ulcer treated in our hospital from February 2012 to April 2014 were randomly divided into control group （n=24） and observation group （n=25）.Control group were taken with standard triple therapy,while observation group were taken with sequential triple therapy.Hp removal rate,the total effective rate and adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results Hp clear- ance of the observation group was 88.0%,higher than 62.5% of the control group,the difference was significant （χ2= 4.306,P=0.038）.The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.0%,that was 87.5% of the control group,the dif- ference was not significant （χ2=0.002,P=0.962）.The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 12.0%,the control group was 12.5%,the difference was not significant （χ2=0.146,P=0.702）. Conclusion Sequential therapy effect in the treatment of gastric ulcer has exact effect,a higt Hp clearance rate,can reduce the recurrence rate,and is worthy of pro- motion.
