| 摘 要： | 口腔医学的教学要求是理论和实践并重.病例资料库是以尽可能完善的资料形式再现患者和病例之间的全部信息,可以在任意时间和空间上获得几乎与面对患者相同的临床实践效果.首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院口腔科在对非口腔医学专业医学本科生的教学中初步构建了病例资料库,实践证明,病例资料库丰富了口腔医学的临床教学手段,有利于提高“口腔直观教学法”的教学效果,在非口腔医学专业本科生口腔医学教学中发挥了重要作用.

| Abstract: | Theory teaching and experiment teaching are the same important in stomatologic clinical teaching.An stomatologic case database was established by collecting as more as possible detailed information of clinical patients.Clinical cases were chosen to apply in the teaching of medical students,the training of house staff and the refresher doctors,and so on.Clinical cases database make it possible to use clinical typical cases in experiment anytime anywhere.Selecting typical cases and using them in experiment teaching has a great significance in enhancing the teaching effectiveness and learning interest,and developing the students＇ logical thinking skills. |
