摘    要:临床带教质量,不仅直接影响医学生的素质与能力,而且关系到未来医疗队伍的质量.本文从临床实习带教工作的角度,对运用质量控制原理提高临床医学专业本科生实习带教水平的方法进行论述,阐明了如果要提高临床医学专业本科生实习带教水平,就要对整个临床实习带教过程实行环节质量控制,从带教教师入手,不断规范对带教教师的要求,实行临床医学专业带教教师准入制度、带教前培训制度和医学生出科前后反馈制度,在提高临床医学专业带教质量的同时,促进临床带教教师业务水平和带教能力的提高.

Abstract:The quality of clinical teaching not only directly affects the quality and capability of medical students,but also relates to the quality of future medical teams.This paper discussed the issues using the method of link quality control to improve the practical teaching level for undergraduates of clinical medicine from the aspect of clinical practical teaching,and clarified that to improve practical teaching level for the undergraduates of clinical medicine,the link quality control measure should be implemented in the whole clinical practice teaching process.It includes the requirement standardization,implementation of entry system and training system before practical teaching for clinical teachers,and feedback system for the students before and after departmental rotations.It would improve the quality of practical teaching,and at the same time,promote the enhancement of professional level and teaching skills of clinical teachers.
