医学生"被就业"问题的伦理缺失与对策建构

摘    要:随着医学生毕业人数的逐年增加,就业难问题愈加凸显,"被就业"现象应运而生.对医学生"被就业"的现状进行了伦理剖析,提出了应对"被就业"问题的伦理策略,即:坚持负责的就业"求真观"、追求理性的就业"务实观"、倡导文明的就业"诚信观"、培育正确的就业"价值观"、构建和谐的就业"生态观".

Ethical Loss and Solutions for the Falsification of Graduates Employment in Medical Students

Abstract:With the annual increase of medical graduates, the problem of employment dithculty is becoming more and more prominent and therefore the falsification of graduates employment phenomenon arises. This paper analyzed the ethical loss in this problem and put forward ethical strategies for the problem: to stick to a "truth - seeking" and responsible employment perspective; to pursue a "pragmatic" and reasonable employment manner; to promote an "honest" and civilized employment outlook; to preserve on an appropriate attitude towards "fame and wealth"; to nourish a proper standpoint towards "employment values" and to construct a harmonious employment ecological viewpoint.
