临床目标策略教学路径在神经科新护士培训中的设计与应用

目的 探讨临床目标策略教学路径在神经科新护士培训中设计与应用的可行性.方法 选取2008年1月～2011年4月的新护士26人为对照组,采取传统经验式带教;选取2012年1月～2014年6月的新护士26人为实验组,应用自行设计的“临床目标策略教学路径”进行带教.比较两组的成绩优秀率、新护士对培训的满意率、护理缺陷发生率.结果 实验组的成绩优秀率、对培训的满意率均高于对照组,护理缺陷发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 应用临床目标策略教学路径进行神经科新护士培训能培养出工作能力较强的实用型护士,是值得推广的新教学方法.

Design and application of clinical target strategy instruction path for training of new nurses in the department of neurology

Objective To explore the feasibility of design and application of clinical target strategy instruction path for training of new nurses in the department of neurology. Methods 26 new nurses from January 2008 to April 2011 were selected as the control group and the group was given the traditional and empirical teaching,and another 26 new nurses from January 2012 to June 2014 were selected as the experimental group,the self-designed ＂clinical target strategy in- struction path＂ was used to teach.The excellent and good rate of score,the satisfaction rate of new nurses for training and the incidence rate of nursing defect in the two groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of score,the satisfaction rate of new nurses for training in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the incidence rate of the experimental group was lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ap- plying the clinical target strategy instruction path for training of new nurses in the department of neurology can culti- vate practical nurses with strong work performance,which is a new teaching method worthy of promotion.
