全胸腔镜下治疗右肺中叶综合征的临床效果

目的探讨全胸腔镜下治疗右肺中叶综合征的临床效果。方法选取2009年1月～2014年3月在本院心胸外科住院的右肺中叶综合征患者62例,其中采用全胸腔镜治疗的30例为治疗组,采用开胸手术治疗的32例为对照组,比较两组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后镇痛时间及术后住院时间。结果治疗组手术时间、术后镇痛时间及术后住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论全胸腔镜下治疗右肺中叶综合征的效果确切、手术创伤少、术后恢复快,值得临床推广。

Clinical effect of totally thoracoscopic surgery in treatment of right mid-dle lobe syndrome

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of totally thoracoscopic surgery in the treatment of right middle lobe syndrome. Methods 62 patients with right middle lobe syndrome in our hospital from January 2009 to March2014 were selected,30 cases taken with totally thoracoscopic surgery operation were as the treatment group,32 cases taken with open chest operation were as the control group.The operative time,bleeding volume,postoperative analgesia and postoperative hospitalization time of two groups was compared. Results The operative time,postoperative analgesia and postoperative hospitalization time in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group respectively,bleeding volume was less than that of the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Totally thoracoscopic surgery for treatment of right middle lobe syndrome has clinical curative effect,less operation trauma,faster postoperative recovery,is worth promotion in clinic.
