双歧三联活菌、蒙脱石散联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床效果观察

目的 探讨双歧三联活菌、蒙脱石散联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床效果.方法 选取腹泻型肠易激综合征患者98例,随机分为观察组和对照组各49例,观察组给予双歧三联活菌、蒙脱石散联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗,对照组给予双歧三联活菌、蒙脱石散治疗.治疗6周后,比较两组的临床疗效及神经功能紊乱、消化系统症状的改善情况.结果 治疗6周后观察组总有效率为93.43％,高于对照组的68.52％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组神经功能紊乱、消化系统症状改善率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 双歧三联活菌、蒙脱石散联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征具有确切的临床疗效,可显著提高治疗效果,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical efficacy observation of bifidobacterium triple viable,montmorillonite powder combined with flupentixol and melitracen in treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of bifidobacterium triple viable,montmorillonite powder combined with flupentixol and melitracen in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome. Methods 98 cases of patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome were selected and randomly divided into ob- servation group and control group,49 cases in each group,the observation group were treated with bifidobacterium triple viable,montmorillonite powder combined with flupentixol and melitracen,the control group were received with bifidobac- terium triple viable and montmorillonite powder.Mter six weeks treatment,the clinical efficacy and the improvement of neurological disorders,digestive symptoms was compared. Results The clinical efficacy of observation group was 93.43%,higher than 68.52% of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.The improvement of neurological disorders,digestive symptoms in the observation group was more than that of control group,the difference was signifi- cant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bifidobacterium triple viable,montmorillonite powder combined with flupentixol and melitra- cen in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome has better efficacy,can obviously improve the re- sponse,is worth for clinical use.
