前馈控制在老年住院患者静脉输液管理中的应用效果分析

目的探讨前馈控制在老年住院患者单手穿刺技术和正规脉冲式冲封管法静脉输液管理中的应用效果。方法选择800例老年静脉穿刺输液困难患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各400例。观察组采用前馈控制对单手穿刺技术和正规脉冲式冲封管法静脉输液进行管理,对照组则进行单手穿刺技术和正规脉冲式冲封管法静脉输液管理但未进行前馈控制,比较两组静脉穿刺次数及穿刺所需时间,并统计两组的输液相关并发症发生率。结果观察组静脉穿刺次数显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,穿刺所需时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组发生血肿形成、静脉炎及渗出严重疼痛的比例显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论前馈控制在老年住院患者静脉输液管理中的应用效果显著,能有效提高静脉穿刺成功率,减少静脉穿刺并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Application effect analysis of feedforward control in the management of elderly hospitalized patients with venous transfusion

Objective To explore the application effect of feedforward control with singie hand puncture technology and formal pulsed intravenous infusion punch sealed tube method in the management of elderly hospitalized patients with venous transfusion. Methods 800 elderly hospitalized patients with difficult intravenous infusion were divided into two groups,400 cases in each group.The observation group were given the feedforward control in the management of a single hand puncture technique and formal pulsed intravenous infusion punch sealed tube method,the control group were given single hand puncture technique and formal pulsed intravenous infusion punch sealed tube method except feedforward control.The venipuncture times and puncture time required,incidence of complications was compared respectively. Results The venipuncture times of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）,puncture time required of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The proportion of hematoma formation,phlebitis and oozing severe pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application effect of feedforward control in the management of elderly hospitalized patients with venous transfusion is significant,which can effectively improve the success rate of venipuncture and reduce incidence of complications,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
