| 摘 要： | 目的优选痔疮外洗液的提取工艺。方法以盐酸小檗碱、苦参碱和浸膏率为指标，采用L9（3^3）正交试验，优选痔疮外洗液的提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为：加8倍量水，提取1．0h，提取3次。结论优选的提取工艺合理、高效，适用于痔疮外洗液的批量生产。

| Abstract: | Objective To optimize the extraction process of haemorrhoid lotion. Methods By taking the ber- berine hydrochloride, matrine and extract rate as the indexes, the extraction process of haemorrhoid lotion was opti- mized through L9 （3^3） orthogonal test. Results The best process is 3rd extraction by 1.0 hours, to add eight times of water. Conclusion The optimal extraction process is rational and efficient, and can be used for mass produc- tion. |
