一般情绪攻击模型视角下暴力伤医的原因分析与防范措施

目的 探讨暴力伤医的原因,并提出相应防范对策.方法 通过调查问卷,分别就医务人员与患者及其家属对暴力伤医事件的认知、态度,医务人员医疗执业环境及其对自身职业的认知、态度,患者就医行为以及对医方的认知与态度3个方面进行调查.结果 医方与患方对于暴力伤医频发的直接原因,双方的选择基本一致;对于暴力伤医事件发生的根本原因,二者均认为是社会大环境问题,是各种社会矛盾在医疗卫生领域的反映;在预防措施方面,双方均认为应健全社会保障制度、完善医疗救助制度.结论 在预防方面,要做到提防可能存在冲动性攻击倾向的个体、减少诱发攻击行为的情景因素、采取合理的防范措施.

Causes Analysis and Preventive Measures for Hospital Violence Based on General Affective Aggression Model

Objective ：To investigate the reasons for hospital violence and explore the countermeasures. Methods：Questionnaire was used in medical staff, patients and their families to investigate their cognition and attitude towards medical violence, medical staff＇s cognition and attitude for medical practice environment, patients＇s cognition and attitude towards their own behaviors and attitudes towards health providers. Results：Medical staff, patients and their families had the same cognition and attitude towards medical violence. They regarded the social environment as the root cause of hospital violent, and for the preventive measures, they both thought that it should improve the social security system, perfect the system of medical assistance. Conclusion：In terms of prevention, guarding against suspected the existence of impulsive aggression individual attack scenarios, reducing the induced factors and taking appropriate and timely preventive measures should be done.
