| 摘 要： | 目的探讨综合护理干预对脑卒中偏瘫患者康复的作用。方法选择112例脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组。对照组采取常规治疗及护理措施,研究组在对照组的基础上采取综合性护理干预措施。比较两组的康复情况。结果研究组干预后的FMA及MBI量表分值显著高于干预前及对照组干预后,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论综合护理干预可以有效提高脑卒中偏瘫患者的肢体运动功能及日常生活活动能力,对其康复具有显著的促进作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of hemiplegic patients with stroke. Methods 112 hemiplegic patients with stroke were selected and randomly divided into the study group and control group.The control group was given the routine treatment and nursing,the study group was given the comprehensive nursing on the base of the control group.The rehabilitative situation of two groups was compared. Results The score of FMA and MBI in the study group after nursing intervention was significantly higher than that before nursing intervention and in the control group nursing after intervention,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the motor function of the limbs,the capacity for daily living and action of hemiplegia patients with stroke,which can significantly promote rehabilitation. |
