摘    要:目的 了解和分析武汉某高校卫生事业管理专业人才培养现状,发现人才培养方面的不足,并提出改进建议.方法 通过问卷调查,了解武汉某大学医学院卫生事业管理专业四年级在校学生与该专业近5年的毕业生,对大学阶段知识、能力、素质培养情况的感知.结果 67.5%的在校生和毕业生认为理论教学内容的更新较少,57.5%的在校生和毕业生认为学科大类基础课程学时比例过高.通过大学阶段学习,在校生和毕业生得到培养的知识主要有管理学知识、基础医学知识和计算机知识;能力主要包括沟通协调能力、组织管理能力、公文写作能力;素质主要有责任心、合作意识、敬业心.男女生之间、毕业生与在校生之间对部分培养情况的感知存在差异,毕业生在知识、能力、素质的多项内容的培养情况感知上优于在校生.结论 卫生事业管理专业的应用型人才培养应当根据社会需求明确培养目标,建立突出卫生事业管理专业特色的课程体系,强化实践教学效果,改革考核方式,加强社会宣传,促进卫生事业管理人员职业化进程.

Abstract:Objective To analyze the situation of applied talents cultivation of Health Service Management major and to figure out the problems based on which the paper put forward suggestions for improvement.Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted among senior students and graduates in past 5 years of Medicine and Health Management School in a certain university to know about the education situation.Results 67.5% of the senior students thought there were little update in courses,57.5% thought teaching hours of medicine related courses were too long.With the cultivation of university education,students mainly learned knowledge of management,medicine and computeracy.Most students developed abilities of communication,organization management,document writing,sense of responsibility,cooperation and dedication.There were differences between male and female students as well as between senior students and graduates.Conclusions The cultivation of health service management major should set its goal to meet the social demands,build curriculum system with characteristics ofhealth management major,intensify the practice teaching,regulate examine methods and promote the publicity of health service management so as to accelerate the process of professionalization of health management personnel.
