继续医学教育工作的分析与研究

医疗、教学与科研是医院的三大基础职能,但人们对医院的认识与评价,往往集中在医疗技术的提升及科研成果的创新方面,而忽视了同样极其重要的医学教育功能.医学教育是绝大多数医院的薄弱环节,制约着医院的提高与发展.本文阐述了中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院继续医学教育的现状,分析了继续医学教育中的问题,提出了解决问题的建议,探讨了继续医学教育模式的发展前景,为其他医院开展继续医学教育提供了参考.

Research and analysis of continuing medical education

Medical care,teaching and research are three basic functions in hospital,but people＇s realize and evaluation of the hospital,always focus on medical technology upgrading and innovation in research,while ignoring the same important function of medical education.In most hospitals,the medical education had became the weak link,constraining to further improvement and development of the hospital.This paper describes the continuing medical education mode of SUN Yat-sen Memorial Hospital in Guangzhou,in-depth analysis to identify the feasibility of implementation and value of the mode,analytical the faced in the implementation of the resistance,and give the solution suggestions of the mode in the future,to provide a more comprehensive reference model for other hospital management reform in continuing medical education.
