教师成长档案袋在医学本科生社区师资专业发展中的应用

目的 探讨教师成长档案袋在社区师资专业发展中的作用和意义.方法 以在中国医科大学附属第一医院13家社区实践教学基地带教的42名社区全科医师为研究对象,通过建立教师成长档案袋的方法促进社区师资专业发展.应用调查问卷法对教学档案袋的使用效果进行评价.应用SPSS 11.5统计学软件进行数据分析.结果 社区全科医师建立档案袋的时间为（4.23±2.3）小时.第二轮中教案质量评价得分和教学反思得分较第一轮明显提高,P＜0.01,差异具有统计学意义.所有的42名教师都认为建立教师成长档案袋有助于促进教师进行教学反思,提高教学能力,促进社区教师专业发展.结论 建立教师成长档案袋有助于促进社区教师专业发展.

The application of portfolio on professional development of community teachers in medical undergraduates teaching

Objective To evaluate the effect and significance af portfolio on teacher professional development.Methods Portfolio was used to promote the teacher professional development of 42 teachers in community health service agencies.And questionnaires were used to evaluate the effect of portfolio.Results 42 teachers in community health services spend（4.23±2.3）hours to establish the portfolio.The score of quality evaluation of teaching plan and teaching reflection was improved obviously（P〈0.01）.All of 42 teachers believed that the establishment of portfolio was helpful for promoting teachers＆#39; teaching reflection and improving teaching ability.Conclusions Portfolio was helpful for promoting professional development of teachers in community health services.
