不同层次护理学专业实习学生社会支持与职业倦怠的相关性研究

目的 了解不同层次护理学专业实习学生社会支持与职业倦怠的相关性.方法 采用护士职业倦怠量表和社会支持评定量表对227名不同教育层次学生进行问卷调查.结果 不同层次实习学生在主观支持、客观支持、总分上差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）,而在支持利用度方面差异不具有统计学意义.不同层次实习学生在职业倦怠方面差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,在情绪衰竭方面本科学生明显高于专科和中专学生,而在个人成就感降低方面本科和专科学生明显高于中专学生.本科和专科学生在情绪衰竭方面差异具有统计学意义,而在去人格化和个人成就降低方面差异无统计学意义.结论 实习学生的职业倦怠与社会支持具有相关性.学校和医院应当为学生的工作和学习生活建立良好的社会支持网络,减轻学生职业倦怠的心理.

Correlation study of social support and job burnout about different levels nurse students

Objective To understand relativity of social support and job burnout about nurse student.Methods Using the nurse job burnout scale and the social support rating scale and questionnaire survey in 227 nursing students of different education levels.Results Nurse students of different levels in subjective support,objective support,the total score has obviously statistical difference （P〈0.01）,and in using of support does not has statistical significance.Nursing students of different levels have statistically significant difference in occupational burnout （P 〈 0.05）,in terms of emotional,failure undergraduate is obviously higher than junior college student and secondary school students.In reduction of personal achievement undergraduate and junior college students are higher than secondary school students.Undergraduate and junior college student in emotional failure have difference,but there is no difference in depersonalization and reduction of personal achievement.Conclusions Job burnout and social support of nurse students are relevant.Schools and hospitals should build good social support network for work and learning of nurse students,and reduce psychology of job burnout of nurse students.
