水针疗法联合中药内服外敷治疗退行性膝关节病96例临床观察

目的观察水针疗法联合中药内服外敷治疗退行性膝关节病的临床疗效。方法将96例退行性膝关节病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组48例。治疗组给予水针疗法联合中药内服外敷治疗，对照组给予水针注射治疗。5d1次，15d为1个疗程。治疗3个疗程后对2组患者治疗前后膝关节功能评分进行比较，并对临床疗效进行统计分析。结果治疗组总有效率为89．58％，对照组为52．08％，2组比较差异有统计意义（P〈O．05）。结论水针疗法联合中药内服外敷治疗退行性膝关节病见效快、疗效显著，值得进一号椎广应用。

Clinical observation of hydro-acupuncture therapy combined with oral administration and external application of Chinese medicine on treating 96 cases of degenerative disease of knee joint

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of hydro-acupuncture therapy combined with oral administration and external application of Chinese medicine on treating degenerative disease of knee joint. Methods 96 patients of degenerative disease of knee joint were randomly divided into treatment group and control group （ n = 48 ）. The patients in the treatment group were treated by hydro-acupuncture therapy combined with oral administration and external application of Chinese medicine, while the patients in the control group were treated by hydro-acupuncture therapy alone. The treatment was given every 5 days, 15 days as a course of treatment. After three courses, compared the knee functional score of each group before and after treatment and performed the statis- tical analysis of the clinical curative effect. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.58%, the control group was 52.08%. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion The hydro-acupuncture therapy combined with oral administration and external application of Chinese medicine can cure degenerative disease of knee joint effectively and promptly, which shows promising prospects of further popularization and application.
