摘    要:目的 探讨课堂讨论法在医学专科生理学教学中的应用效果及对学生综合素质培养的影响.方法 将学生随机分成对照组与实验组,对照组采用传统讲授式教学法,实验组采用课堂讨论法,由同一名教师教授消化系统章节,通过问卷调查、课后测验评价教学效果.结果 实验组学生的学习兴趣、学习成绩等方面明显优于对照组学生,差异具有统计学意义.结论 课堂讨论法有助于提高医学专科教育生理学的教学效果,值得进一步研究.

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of class discussion in physiology teaching and students' comprehensive quality improvement in medical college education.Methods Students were randomly divided into two groups,control group with traditional didactic method and test group with class discussion method,to learn the contents of digestive physiology.All the students were taught by the same teacher.The teaching effect was evaluated by questionnaire survey and class examination.Results Compared with control group,the learning interest and the examination results were both significantly improved in the test group (P〈0.05).Conclusions Class discussion is benefit to improve the teaching effect of physiology and worth further exploring in medical college education.
