从全国大学生临床技能竞赛探讨医学生临床技能和综合素质的提高

华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院通过组织实习学生参加全国大学生临床技能竞赛,发现了医学生实习中存在的操作技能灵活性不强、团队协作精神不强等问题.为了提高医学生的临床技能及全面培养医学生的综合素质,医院从临床实际出发,探索了一套培养方案,如,对医学生实施早期“入院教育”,加强专科技能的重点培训,强调综合素质的培养等,并对医学生实施了新的过程性考评方式.实践结果表明,这样的培养方案对提高医学生的临床技能及综合素质起到了较好的效果.

To enhance the clinical skills and comprehensive quality of medical students from the national clinical skills competition

Many questions were discovered though organizing internship students to participate the national clinical skills competition by Tongji Hospital of Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. These questions included that operational flexibility were not strong, the team combination was weak and so on. In order to enhance the clinical skills and comprehensive quality of medical students, we explored a set of training programs, for example early implementing of medical students＇ admission education, strengthening the specialist skills training, emphasizing the overall quality training, processing a new evaluation methods, etc. The result showed that the medical students＇ clinical skills and overall quality had been improved, and had a good effect.
