| 摘 要： | 为深入了解人文关怀与医患关系之间的关系,以＂人文关怀＂和＂医患关系＂为主题词,在国内外相关数据库（2003~2012年）进行检索,共收集到821篇国内外相关文献,并对这些文献进行深入分析;采用频次统计法对医患关系紧张所产生的成因、解决对策及人文关怀的具体措施等内容进行分类汇总和统计,并按频次进行重要程度排序;最后提出只有在分析医患矛盾产生根源的基础上,全面加强医学人文关怀,才能有效促进和谐医患关系的构建.

| Abstract: | Based on the 812 domestic and foreign literatures from 2003 -2012 on humanistic care and doctor - patient relationship, this paper analyzed the causes for the doctor - patient relationship disharmony, the counter-measures to improve the doctor- patient relationship and measures for humanistic care using frequency statistics, then ranked the importance. After that, this paper proposed that the main way to build a harmonious doctor - patient relationship was to comprehensively strengthen medical humanities care based on the cause analysis for doctor - patient contradiction. |
