孕期饮食和运动护理干预在妊娠糖尿病患者中的应用效果

目的探讨饮食和运动护理干预在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选取100例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。观察组给予饮食和运动护理干预,对照组给予常规护理,比较两组的血糖水平和母婴并发症发生率。结果观察组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组的母婴并发症的发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论饮食和运动护理干预在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的效果显著,可以明显减低血糖水平,对减少母婴并发症和确保母婴健康具有重要意义。

Application effect of diet and exercise nursing intervention in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

Objective To explore the effects of diet and exercise nursing intervention in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 100 cases with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,50 cases in each group.The observation group was given diet and exercise nursing intervention,the control group was given conventional nursing.The level of blood glucose,the complications incidence of mothers and infants of two groups was compared respectively. Results The level of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The complications incidence of maternal and infant in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of diet and exercise nursing intervention in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus is remarkable,which can reduce the level of blood glucose,it is important to reduce the complications of mother and infant and ensure the health of mother and infant.
