医院档案借阅中几个问题的分析

目前医院档案借阅管理中存在制度不健全、职责不明确、借阅指导性缺乏、信息化程度不高、监管不力、个别工作人员私自外借档案等问题.为此提出增强安全意识、优化借阅环境,规范借阅程序、健全管理制度,整合档案资源、提高借阅效率,强化借阅主题、提高管理人员素质,改善借阅手段、加强硬件建设,理清借阅源头、消除漏洞隐患等措施,以改进医院档案借阅管理工作.

Hospital file borrowing has important significance for hospital administrators and medical workers in academic exchanges, understanding professional level and so forth. hospital management information However, there are some problems in and discipline development, improving their the current hospital management such as the imperfect system, unclear responsibility, lack of lending guidance, low informationization level, poor regulation, individual worker who checked out files without authorization and so on. Based on these, this paper proposed the countermeasures including： enhancing safety consciousness, optimizing the environment of borrowing, lending procedures and improve the management system, integration of archives resources, improving the efficiency of library, strengthening library subject, improving management quality, improving the borrowing means, strengthening the hardware construction, clarify borrowing source and eliminate vulnerabilities, so as to improve hospital file borrowing management.
