长效营养护理干预在老年患者中的应用探讨

本研究根据老年患者身体偏弱的特点,介绍了为其开展长效营养护理干预的必要性和可行性,重点将患者入院阶段的营养护理干预和患者出院后的营养护理干预组成整体长效的护理机制,使患者养成正确良好的饮食习惯,这对老年患者疾病治疗前、中、后的各个阶段均有所帮助,从而提高整体的治疗和护理效果.

Application investigation of long-term nutrient nursing intervention in elderly patients

This study according to the characteristics of elderly patients with body weak,introduces the necessity and feasibility of developing long-term nutrients nursing intervention for them and will focus on the overall long-term nurs- ing system composed of nutritional nursing intervention in hospitalized stage of patients and of patients after discharg- ing from hospital,and it enables patients to develop good eating habits which is helpful in each stage of before,in and after treatment of senile patients to improve the overall treatment and nursing effect.
