摘    要:目的 :采用薄层扫描法测定扶正口服液中人参皂苷Rg1 含量。方法 :样品经适当提取后点于硅胶G薄层板上 ,以氯仿 -醋酸乙酯 -甲醇 -水 (18∶40∶22∶20)10℃以下放置的下层溶液为展开剂 ,10 %硫酸乙醇显色 ,单波长反射法锯齿扫描 ,λ=530nm。结果 :通过方法学考察 ,点样量在1 2μg~6.0μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系 ,其回归方程为 :y=—223 4 +1468.8x ,r=0.9993 ;平均回收率为98 80 % ,RSD=0 69 %。结论 :此方法简便、灵敏、准确

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To establish a TLCS method for detecting the contents of Ginsenoside Rg1 in Fuzhen oral liquid METHODS:After extraction,the samples were dripped on TLC plate,a mixture of chloroform,ethyl acetate,methanol and water(15∶40∶22∶10) was prepared and then stood below 10℃ The lower layer was used as developer An alcoholic solution of sulfuric acid(10%) was adopted as coloring agent Simple wavelength reflection sawtoothed scanning was performed λ=530nm RESULTS:Regression equation:y=1 468 8x-223 4,r=0 9 993,linear range was 1 2μg~6 0μg Average recovery was 98 8% and RSD=0 69% CONCLUSION:The method is simple,accurate and could be used to control the quality of Ginsenoside Rg1 in compound preparation
