摘    要:目的以小檗碱为定量指标,研究"前愈"无糖颗粒的黄柏提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法进行优选,高效液相色谱法测定小檗碱含量。结果乙醇浓度对提取有显著性影响,其他对小檗碱的提取也有影响,优选出最佳提取工艺为A3B3C2。结论药材10倍量85%乙醇回流提取,两次提取300min为最佳工艺。

Abstract:Objective To do the research on the extraction technology of Qianyu granules with nonsugar by means of Cortex Phellodendri as the quantization. Methods Adopt the orthogonal experiment to make the optimization and the methods of HPLC to determine the content of the berberine. Results The concentration of the ethanol had a significant effect on the extraction and other factors also had an effect on the extraction. The optimized technology was A3B3C2. Conclusion The optimized technology was that it was reflowing extracted by 85% ethanol which was ten times than the medical material and extracted twice for 300 min each.
