2004年山东省部分市县大中学生艾滋病知识态度行为调查

[目的]了解山东省城市大中学生艾滋病知识掌握情况，为制定宣传教育方法和重点教育内容提供依据。[方法]2004年6月，采用多级分层整群抽样的方法，在济南市、烟台市、泰安市、临沂市，对28所大中学的部分在校学生进行匿名问卷调查。[结果]调查5870名学生，对艾滋病传播途径、预防方法、基本知识、不能传播的途径、不能预防的方法的知晓率分别为78．0％、71．5％、56．1％、55.3％、34．8％；对艾滋病的严峻形势认识不足，对HIV感染者与艾滋痫病人存在较明显的歧视态度。[结论]山东省4城市大中学生艾滋病相关知识知晓率相对不高，各类学校预防艾滋病健康教育工作有待加强，健康教育的内容应以基本知识、不传播途径和不能预防艾滋病的方法为重点。

Investigation on Knowledge, Attitude and Practice Related to AIDS among Students in some Cities in Shandong Province in 2004

[Objective]To explore the basic status of knowledge, attitude and practice related to AIDS in university,college and middle school students in Shandong province to give the basis on the emphasis of education methods and contents.[Methods]Random, multistage, stratification and chester sampling method were taken in 28 schools in Jinan, Yantai, Taian and Linyi city,5 870 students were anonymously surveyed by a self-administered KAP questionnaire.[Results]The percentages of AIDS cognition were 78.0%,71.5%,56.1%,55.3% ,34.8% respectively on the route of transmission, preventive methods, basic conception non- transmission route and non- preventive methods. Many students hadn't clearly understood AIDS and discriminated seriously against HIV infected person and AIDS patients.[Conclusion]The percentages of AIDS cognition are lower in students in 4 cities. So we must develop health education about AIDS in all kinds of schools. The education contents should be emphasized on basic conception, non-prevalence approaches and non-prevention methods.
